Shipping Information and Order processing

One you place an order with the Canopy Gazebo Store your order will be registered within 24hrs of placing it.

Your order will then be packed and prepared before being registered with UPS 3 day select.

This means that once registered with UPS it will take 3 business days to arrive to your shipping address.

Once you order has been registered with UPS you will receive an email with your UPS tracking code. This will allow you to track the progress of your order by logging on to the UPS web site.

To summarize when placing an order please allow 5 working days to receive your order.
